Over the past 9 years, I’ve gained extensive experience across various areas of property investment, including Single Lets, HMOs, Serviced Accommodation, and Supported Living. I’ve also ventured into Capital Raise, collaborating with major development firms on projects totalling over £500 million. My passion lies in transforming run-down houses into beautiful, affordable homes, often working with Local Housing Associations to provide quality living spaces that make a real difference in the community.
